These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AUTX Store website at autxstore.com and related services, including software licenses purchased from the store. Please read them together with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

1. Introduction

You agree to use the AUTX Store website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface provided by AUTX Store, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of AUTX Store.

You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Website for any purpose.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which AUTX Store may suffer) of any such breach.

2. Your Account & Amendment To The Terms of Use

You may be required to register with AUTX Store in order to access certain services or areas of the Site. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant you the user name you request. Your user name and password are for your personal use only. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available to AUTX Store including those set forth in these Terms & Conditions, AUTX Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.

We may from time to time modify or change these Terms & Conditions. The revised Terms of Use will govern your future use of our Site and Service, so we strongly suggest that you visit and review our Terms of Use periodically. Each version is specifically dated. If you do not agree to the revised version, you must immediately stop using our Site and Service.

3. Your Responsibilities

The AUTX Store Site and AUTX Store Services may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You must comply at all times with these Website Terms and Conditions and all other terms, conditions, and policies imposed by us from time to time pertaining to the use and access of the AUTX Store Site and AUTX Store Services.

For the operation, maintenance, access, and use of your account on the AUTX Store Site, you shall be responsible for the following:

  • Compliance of your content with these Website Terms and Conditions and all other terms, conditions, and policies imposed by us from time to time, including applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensuring that you will not falsify, delete, misuse, imitate, download, modify, or distribute any content or listing by any sellers or other users which may amount to an infringement, violation, or misappropriation of their rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent yourself in association with any person or entity.
  • You agree to provide accurate information, including payment information for purchasing goods or software licenses ordered on the AUTX Store Site.
  • You warrant that you will not use any payment information or instrument that you do not legally own or are not authorized to use.
  • You will not make, publish, post, upload, or disseminate any derogatory, abusive, defamatory, profane, or inappropriate remarks about the AUTX Store Site, AUTX Store Services, or any of its users.
  • You will not use the AUTX Store Services and AUTX Store Site for fraudulent purposes, to collect personal data about other users, or to violate the privacy of others.
  • You will not upload, email, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interfere with, interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality or integrity of any computer software, hardware, or data.
  • You will not upload, email, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized promotional materials, advertising, junk mail, spam, or pyramid schemes.

4. Our Rights

We reserve the right to amend these Website Terms and Conditions, modify or withdraw AUTX Store without notice, refuse purchase of any or all goods listed for sale, and, in our sole discretion, deactivate your account.

We may in our sole discretion use affiliates and/or third-party processors or service providers in connection with fulfillment, delivery, licensing, or payment processing without notice to you.

All goods listed on the AUTX Store Site are on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pictures and/or images of products are for reference only. Any seller content or listing is the sole responsibility of the respective seller. We disclaim liabilities arising from such claims, including price revisions of goods purchased online.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We reserve the right to employ authorized third-party courier or logistics partners for delivery of goods ordered on the AUTX Store Site. All deliveries shall be made on a best-effort basis, and we will endeavor to deliver goods on the estimated dates provided on the Site.

We reserve the right to delay delivery in case of force majeure, including bad weather, shipping or transport delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In case of delay, we may notify you at our sole discretion.

We shall not incur liability for failure or delay in delivery, including any damage or loss caused during delivery. We may withhold, refuse, restrict destinations for, stop, or cancel any order, including orders we determine to be bulk orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively “Content”) is owned or licensed property of AUTX Store or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of AUTX Store. AUTX Store and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.

7. AUTX AI Tutor Software Licenses

Paid AUTX AI Tutor, AUTX Tutor Pro, AUTX School Admin, and AUTX School Admin Pro licenses are personal or institutional licenses as described at checkout. License keys and hardware ID (HWID) checks are used solely to activate and protect legitimate copies. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or circumvent license controls.

Student learning records created inside the desktop application remain stored locally as described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy. Use of camera and microphone features is subject to those privacy terms and to parental Master PIN controls.

8. Suspension and Termination

We have the right to unilaterally and immediately suspend, limit, withdraw, revoke, or terminate your access to the AUTX Store Site and/or AUTX Store Services upon breach of these Terms, applicable law, failure to reasonably cooperate with an investigation, or where continued access would expose you or us to a material security or regulatory risk.

You agree that we will not be liable for any claim or compensation to you or to any other person as a result of suspension or termination of your access and use of AUTX Store.

9. Disclaimer

THE AUTX STORE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE REGARDING THE AUTX STORE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

10. Indemnity and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we including our authorized third-party providers will not be liable to you for loss of use, profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, alleged infringement of third-party rights, or your reliance on data made available through the Site without independent verification.

If we are found liable by a competent court, then our aggregate liability will be limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you actually paid us for the order giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) AED 300.

Any risk of misunderstanding, error, damage, expense, or losses arising from the use and access of the AUTX Store Site and/or AUTX Store Services is entirely at your own risk.
